Pre-Engineering

Certificate of Completion Pre-Engineering

The entry-level education required for employment as an engineer is a bachelor’s degree. Students can begin their engineering education at SKC while benefiting from small class sizes and complete the last two years of the bachelor’s degree at another college or university such as at Montana State University or Montana Tech. SKC offers the foundational science and mathematics courses that are requirements for many different engineering bachelor’s. Additionally, students can learn practical skills related to engineering via our digital fabrication courses in 3D Printing and Computer-Aided Design and our Advanced Manufacturing and Innovation Lab (AMIL).
