Students who complete the Office Administration and Operations Certificate of Completion will be prepared for employment in entry-level general office, entry-level payroll, accounting, and/or bookkeeping positions. According to the Montana Department of Labor and Industry, for Office and Administrative Support Occupations, the current average salary in Montana is $43,600. 

Medical Office Employment

Students who complete the Office Administration and Operations Certificate of Completion with a focus on Medical Office will qualify for office positions in healthcare facilities, including hospitals, tribal health facilities, health clinics, etc. According to the Montana Department of Labor and Industry, for Medical Secretaries and Administrative Assistants, the current average salary in Montana is $39,450.

Grant Management Employment

Students who complete the Office Administration and Operations Certificate of Completion with a focus on Grant Management are qualified to work as grant technicians, performing invoicing, draw-downs, and basic accounting functions. According to the Montana Department of Labor and Industry, Office and Administrative Support Workers' current average salary in Montana is $38,350.
