Bright purple caps and proud cheers filled Salish Kootenai College last Wednesday night as the summer and fall High School Equivalency (HSE) class of 2023 celebrated graduation. Yamncut’s song set the stage for an emotional evening, as graduates, families, and friends gathered to mark this momentous achievement. Brian DuMontier, HSE instructor, welcomed everyone, praising the students’ dedication and perseverance. Through tears and laughter, stories were shared, milestones acknowledged, and futures envisioned. These graduates, now equipped with their diplomas, stand ready to embark on new chapters, forever bound by their shared journey towards academic success.
